Training Schedule

Use Training Schedule to view, edit, view the Class List, copy, or remove Training Schedules.

To add a new Training Class, refer to Add New Class.

To view Training Schedule, click company setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.

To manage Company Documents attached to Training Classes, click Manage Documents.

Edit a Training Schedule

  1. Click company setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.

  2. Click the Course Name. The Training Class Setup screen displays.

  3. Modify the applicable fields.

  4. Click Save.

View the Class List/Edit Training Class Statistics

  1. Click company setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.

  2. Click Class List. The Training Class Statistics screen displays.

  3. Modify any applicable fields.

  4. Click Save.

Copy a Training Schedule

  1. Click company setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.

  2. Click Copy. The Training Class Setup screen displays.

  3. Complete the required (*) fields, at a minimum.

  4. Click Save.

Remove a Training Schedule

  1. Click company setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.

  2. Click Remove.

  3. Click OK to the pop-up message.
