Job Descriptions

Use Job Descriptions to view, modify, print, or remove Job Descriptions.

To Add a Job Description, refer to Add Job Description.

 To view Job Descriptions, click hiring | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.

Edit a Job Description

  1. Click hiring | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.

  2. Click the Job Title that you want to edit the description of from the Job Title column. The Job Description Setup screen displays.

  3. Modify the applicable fields.

  4. Click Save.

Print a Job Description

  1. Click hiring | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.

  2. Click Print. A second browser window opens.

  3. Click Print.

Remove a Job Description

  1. Click hiring | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.

  2. Click Remove.

  3. Click OK to the pop-up message.
