Add Dependent

Use Add Dependent to add a dependent or dependents. An administrator or supervisor can also enter or modify this information in the administration tab.

To add a dependent:

  1. Click employee | Personal Information | Dependents.

  2. Click Add Dependent. The Dependent Setup screen displays.

  3. Complete the following required fields: First Name:, Last Name:, Relationship:, Sex:, and Date of Birth:.

  4. Complete any other applicable fields.

  5. Click Save.
