Add Direct Deposit Deduction

Use Add Direct Deposit Deduction to add a direct deposit deduction.

1. Click company setup | Company Setup | Direct Deposit.

2. Click Add Direct Deposit Deduction. The Edit Direct Deposit Deduction screen displays.

3. Select the direct deposit deduction from the Description (Code): drop-down menu. The message in the This message appears on direct deposit-related e-mails and notifications: field displays on direct deposit related e-mails and notifications.

4. Click Save.
