Add Message

Use Add Message to add a message to direct deposit deduction e-mails/notifications.

  1. Click company setup | Company Setup | Direct Deposit.

  2. Click Add Message. The Add/Edit Message screen displays.

  3. Type the message that you want displayed in direct deposit deduction e-mails/notifications in the This message appears on direct deposit-related e-mails and notifications: field.

  4. Click Save.

Note:

If you already have a note saved in the This message appears on direct deposit-related e-mails and notifications: field, Add Message now displays as Edit Message.
