Add New Document Category

Use Add New Document Category to add a new document or link category.

  1. Click company setup | Customizable Options | Documents & Links.

  2. Click Document Category Maintenance. The Document Category Maintenance screen displays.

  3. Click Add New Document Category. The Add/Edit Document Category screen displays.

  4. Complete the required (*) fields, at a minimum.

  5. If you want the document category to be active, check the Active checkbox.

  6. Click Save.
