Use Add New Pay Grade to add a new pay grade type.
Click company setup | Company Setup | Pay Grades.
Click Add New Pay Grade. The Pay Grade Setup screen displays.
Complete the required (*) fields, at a minimum.
Notes:
Type no more than 30 characters in the Description: field.
Do not use dollar signs or commas in any fields.
Check the Active: checkbox to display the pay grade. To hide the pay grade from view, uncheck the Active: checkbox.
Click Save.
