Add New Pay Grade

Use Add New Pay Grade to add a new pay grade type.

  1. Click company setup | Company Setup | Pay Grades.

  2. Click Add New Pay Grade. The Pay Grade Setup screen displays.

  3. Complete the required (*) fields, at a minimum.

Notes:

  • Type no more than 30 characters in the Description: field.

  • Do not use dollar signs or commas in any fields.

  • Check the Active: checkbox to display the pay grade.  To hide the pay grade from view, uncheck the Active: checkbox.

  1. Click Save.
