Assign Users

Use Assign Users to assign select users to Security Roles.

Note:

Only administrators can create or modify Security Roles. The assigned Security Role of an administrator must be created or modified by another administrator.

  1. Click company setup | Security | Security Roles.

  2. Click Assign Users. The Assign Users To Roles screen displays.

  3. Select the applicable Security Role for the appropriate user from the Security Role drop-down menu.

  4. If you want the Security Role to be the default role for that user, check the Default checkbox.

  5. Click Save.
