Custom Field Category Maintenance

Use Custom Field Category Maintenance to view or edit Custom Field Categories.

View Custom Field Category Maintenance

  1. Click company setup | Customizable Options | Custom Employee Fields.

  2. Click Custom Field Category Maintenance. The Custom Field Category Maintenance screen displays.

Edit Custom Field Category Maintenance

  1. Click company setup | Customizable Options | Custom Employee Fields.

  2. Click Custom Field Category Maintenance. The Custom Field Category Maintenance screen displays.

  3. Click Edit next to the Custom Field Category that you want to edit. The Add/Edit Custom Field Category screen displays.

  4. Type the modified category name in the Category Name: field.

  5. If the category is active, check the Active checkbox.

  6. Click Save.
