Customize Access

Use Customize Access to restrict user access to any of the screens in this system.

  1. Click company setup | Security | System Access.

  2. Click Create New User or select the name of the user for whom you want to customize access. The user setup screen displays.

  3. Click Customize Access. The Customize System Access screen displays.

  4. Uncheck the checkboxes for each option that you want the selected user to have access to.

Note: 

You can expand and collapse screen menus by clicking the + and – buttons. If you restrict access to a higher level menu, access to all subordinate menus is automatically restricted.
