The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) require certain employers to submit EEO-1 Reports on an annual basis. Single establishment employers (employers doing business at only one physical location) file only one EEO-1 Report. A multi-establishment employer (employers who have employees at more than one physical location) must file several reports in one combined package.
