Reporting Structure Maintenance

Use Reporting Structure Maintenance to configure the reporting structure for your company. You can also use this feature to easily reassign a specific employee to a new supervisor or transfer all direct reports from one supervisor to another.

Create the Reporting Structure for an Employee

  1. Click administration | Employee Information | Reporting Structure.

  2. Select the employee in which you need to assign employees to from the employee drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

  3. Click Reporting Structure Maintenance. The Reporting Structure Maintenance screen displays.

  4. Select each employee to be added as a direct report of the current employee by clicking the checkbox to the left of the employee name. The list can be sorted in by clicking the blue column headings.

Note:  

If you have to move to subsequent pages to locate additional employees for a selected supervisor, click Save before accessing the next page in the list.

  1. Click Save.

To review your changes, click administration | Employee Information | Reporting Structure. The new direct reports (and all employees that report to them) list below the current employee’s name.
