Retrieve a MyPaychex Username

Use Retrieve a MyPaychex Username to provide a forgotten MyPaychex username to a MyPaychex.com user.

  1. Click company setup | Security | System Access.

  2. Select the name of the user you need to provide the MyPaychex username. The user setup screen displays.
     

Note:

The MyPaychex username displays for all users that have their HR Online account linked to the MyPaychex application.
