You receive a tax status change notification when an employee changes their tax state. To view tax status changes, click administration | Notifications | Tax Status Changes. This information is view only.

Use Approve Tax Status Changes to approve or decline tax status changes made by employees prior to transmitting payroll.
Select Approve Tax Status Changes to approve the change.
Select Decline Tax Status Changes to decline the change. If you are declining tax status changes, it is recommended to send an additional comment in the space provided.
Click Submit to email the approved or declined change to the employee.
