Paychex Learning Center

Use this screen to configure employee access for the Paychex Learning Center.

 

  1. Click company setup | Security | Paychex Learning Center.

  2. Select the employee(s) to configure access or select Check All to configure all employees.

 

Note: 

You can type the employee's name or ID number in the Search by Last Name/Emp ID field, then click Go.

 

  1. Select the applicable access level for the appropriate user from the Access Level drop-down menu.

  2. Click Save.

 

Notes: 

  • There must be at least one active employee with an Access Level of Client Contact.

  • Independent Contractors are ineligible for the Paychex Learning Center.
