Follow these guidelines when creating a new password.
Passwords:
Must contain between six and 16 characters and must contain at least one number. A password may not consist of numbers only.
Must not be the same as the SSN or username.
Must not be a generic password (see table below).
Are case sensitive.

Paychex recommends that passwords do not contain any personal information such as name, city, company name, or repeating characters. |
