Administrators and supervisors can review Taleo candidates (available to be hired) in the Taleo Candidate List screen (hiring | Taleo). This screen can also be accessed from the Notifications screen every time the administrator or supervisor is notified of new Taleo candidate records.
The Taleo Candidate List displays the following information for each Taleo Candidate:
Last and first name
Position that the candidate is offered
Candidate's expected start date
Status of candidate

Pending, Sent, Removed, Accepted |
Taleo Candidate List searches the company’s Taleo Business Edition application for candidates entered as a Hirable status that have been assigned to a requisition.
Click hiring | Taleo | Taleo Candidate List.
Click Hire next to the candidate that you want to hire.
On the Hire/Rehire an Employee screen, complete the applicable fields and screens included in the company’s Hire/Rehire Workflow.
Click Done to add the new employee.
You can hire candidates through the Taleo Candidate List (hiring | Taleo) or when completing the Hire/Rehire Employee process (hiring | Hiring | Hire/Rehire Employee).
Find the potential employee within the list of candidates.
Click Hire. A confirmation screen displays.
Verify that the candidate is correct.
Click Next to hire the candidate.
Complete the information in the subsequent screens of Paychex HR Online. Whenever possible, the information entered in Taleo transfers into the new employee's record.
