Taleo Access

Use Taleo Access to allow a user that has Taleo Business Edition to integrate the company’s Taleo application with Paychex HR Online for streamlined hiring of applicants.

Add User Login Information for Taleo

  1. Click company setup | Security | Taleo Access.

  2. Click Add Taleo Access Information.

  3. Type the user name used for the Taleo application into the User Name field.

  4. Type the password used to log into the Taleo application in the User Password field.

  5. Type the company code used to log into the Taleo application in the Company Code field.

  6. Type the URL for the company's job posting web site in the URL for Taleo Job Posting Site Detail field.

Note: 

Make sure to include http:// in the web address.

  1. Type the individual at the company who is the main contact for the Taleo application in the Contact Name & Phone field.

  2. Click Save.

Edit User Login Information for Taleo

  1. Click company setup | Security | Taleo Access.

  2. Click Edit Taleo Access Information.

  3. Modify the applicable fields.

  4. Click Save.
