Use Job Descriptions to view, modify, print, or remove Job Descriptions.
To Add a Job Description, refer to Add Job Description.
To view Job Descriptions, click Recruiting | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.
Click Recruiting | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.
Click the Job Title that you want to edit the description of from the Job Title column. The Job Description Setup screen displays.
Modify the applicable fields.
Click Save.
Click Recruiting | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.
Click Print. A second browser window opens.
Click Print.
Click Recruiting | Recruiting Process | Job Descriptions.
Click Remove.
Click OK to the pop-up message.
