Add New Class

Use Add New Class to add a new Training Class.

  1. Click HR Setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.

  2. Click Add New Class. The Training Class Setup screen displays.

  3. Complete the required (*) fields, at a minimum.

    Notes:   

    You can attach a Company Document to a Training Class so it can be viewed when enrolling in a class on the My Info and HR Admin tabs.

    You can click the Only Organization Levels Selected Below radio button to limit access to the Training Class by Organization Level, then select each applicable Organization Level from the list.

  4. Click Save.
