Assign Employees

Use Assign Employees to assign specific employees to Employee Groups.

    1. Click HR Setup | Security | Employee Groups.

    2. Click Options | Assign Employees. The Assign Employees to Groups screen displays.

    3. Select the applicable Employee Group from the Display employees from: drop-down menu.

    4. Select the applicable Employee Group from the Transfer employees checked below to: drop-down menu.

    5. Check the applicable employees that you want to assign.

    6. Click Transfer.
