Salary/Status History

Administrators and supervisors can view historical information about employee status/position, and salary from the Salary/Status History screen (HR Admin | Employee Compensation | Salary/Status History).

Use Salary/Status History to view historical information about an employee's Status/Position, and Salary Information.

Edit Salary/Status History

  1. Click HR Admin | Employee Compensation | Salary/Status History.

  2. Select the employee in which you want to edit Salary/Status History for from the employee drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

  3. Click the applicable tab (Status/Position or Salary Information) to edit Salary/Status History information.

Maintenance Log

The Maintenance Log displays changes to employee information.
