Use Customize Hiring Workflow to add, remove, and re-order workflows.
Click HR Setup | Customizable Options | Customize Hiring Workflow.
Select the workflow to customize from the 1. Choose a workflow to customize: field.
Select available screens that you want to include in the workflow from Available Screens, then click >> to add the screens to the workflow. Click the up or down arrows to move screens up or down in the workflow, respectively.
Click Save.
