Paychex HR Online provides five federal posters to assist you in complying with the posting requirements of several federal laws administered by the Department of Labor (DOL). Employers are required to display all required postings, including the official DOL posters, where employees and applicants can readily observe them at all employee locations. Additional federal postings may be required if you employ workers with disabilities or are a federal contractor. For more information, contact the U.S. Department of Labor.
Employers should contact the appropriate state agencies in those states where their employees are located, including the State Department of Labor, to obtain information about state posting requirements.
Employers are solely responsible for obtaining and posting any state and/or municipal posters that may be required, in addition to any required Federal posting not provided by Paychex HR Online.
Federal posters are available in both English and Spanish.
