Use Job Descriptions to view, edit, print, or remove job descriptions.
To set up job descriptions, refer to Job Description Setup.
Click HR Setup | Company Setup | Job Descriptions.
Click the Job Title. The Job Description Setup screen displays.
Complete the required (*) fields and select the applicable option from the required (*) drop-down menu, at a minimum.
Click Save.
Click HR Setup | Company Setup | Job Descriptions.
Click Print. The Job Description pop-up window displays.
Click Print.
Click HR Setup | Company Setup | Job Descriptions.
Click Remove.
Click OK to the pop-up message.
