Upload Existing Handbook

  1. Click HR Setup | Customizable Options | Handbook & Acknowledgements.

  2. Click Upload Existing Handbook. The Upload Existing Handbook screen displays.

  3. Type the description of the handbook in the Handbook Description: field.

  4. Click Browse... and attach the file to upload.

Note:   

To upload an existing handbook you must have the handbook stored electronically in .pdf, .doc, docx or .rtf format.

  1. Check the Active: checkbox to make the handbook available to employees.

Note:   

By default, all employees at all Organization Levels can view the handbook.

  1. Click the Only Organization Levels Selected Below radio button to limit access to the handbook by Organization Level, then select each applicable Organization Level from the list.

  2. Click Save.
