Use Training Schedule to view, edit, view the Class List, copy, or remove Training Schedules.
To add a new Training Class, refer to Add New Class.
To view Training Schedule, click HR Setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.
To manage Company Documents attached to Training Classes, click Options | Manage Documents.
Click HR Setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.
Click the Course Name. The Training Class Setup screen displays.
Modify the applicable fields.
Click Save.
Click HR Setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.
Click Class List. The Training Class Statistics screen displays.
Modify any applicable fields.
Click Save.
Click HR Setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.
Click Copy. The Training Class Setup screen displays.
Complete the required (*) fields, at a minimum.
Click Save.
Click HR Setup | Training Setup | Training Schedule.
Click Remove.
Click OK to the pop-up message.
